Strategic IT Staffing, nation-wide leader in recruitment, staffing and staff augmentation programs,  is looking for a Sales Recruiter for a full time, permanent position in our Sacramento HQ Office.  

Background of Position: 
  • Strategic IT Staffing is the is becoming a managed service provider for all staffing needs of several large national accounts.  This includes recruiting, training, scheduling and performance management of hundreds of contractors throughout the united states. 
  • You job will be to manage the entire lifecycle of one or more of these programs and take full responsibility of the operations of these programs.   You will recruit new contractors, train them on duties they need to perform, schedule them for work projects, and handle performance management and additional training / mentoring on areas of improvement.  We will provide all the training needed for the duties that our contractors perform. 
  • The environment can be fast-paced and rapidly changing, as you would be managing a large pool of talent that is constantly changing and is very geographically diverse. 
  • This is a great position for someone coming from the staffing / recruiting industry that wants to move into a position of taking complete ownership of a staffing program – you recruit candidates, make hiring decisions, and manage them through their employment with Strategic IT Staffing.  As the programs grow, your role will grow as well both professionally and financially.

  • Assertive and resourceful personality; ability to manage a large pool of contractors and ensure they are performing well, in addition to managing issues that come up in the field.
  • Ability to manage your time well; balancing immediate needs and issues with long-term recruitment and training schedules is paramount to this position.

    Strategic IT Staffing, nation-wide leader in recruitment, staffing and staff augmentation programs,  is looking for a Sales Recruiter / Manager for a full time, permanent position in our Sacramento Office.  Your responsibilities would be to recruit, train and manage a nation-wide staff of sales representative assigned to our clients across the country.

    Responsibilities for Recruiter

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing itDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Qualifications for Recruiter

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Proficient in MS Office, applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets is required
