The Systems Administrator will help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot the systems infrastructure. A successful candidate will be familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures as well as relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install, configure, test and maintain systems and applications
Manage backup, storage and recovery procedures
Maintain disaster recovery strategy
Design and maintain virtual server environment
Responsible for Active Directory & Exchange/O365 environment (Powershell experience a must)
Manage Group Policy
Work with vendors and other IT staff for problem resolution
Troubleshooting malfunctions of servers, SAN, applications, and security systems to resolve operations issues and restore services
Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and requirements
Responsible for maintaining Avaya VoIP system
Provide end user support for the organization.
